About Me

I built my coaching practice in the high-stakes, high-burnout trenches of Fortune 50 organizations.

With 25 years of experience in Human Resources and 16 years operating as an Organizational Psychologist and Coach, I understand the crushing weight of corporate complexity.

I know what happens to a leader’s nervous system during rapid scaling, steep budget cuts, global restructuring, and massive technological disruptions like the expansion of AI.

I write regularly at The Inner Life of Work on Substack. For a more personal look into my life and thinking, I publish a podcast with my husband called Remembering You.
